USE OF CARD The Passport is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Refunds may be made at the sole discretion of TDC on a case-by-case basis. If you do not comply with the terms of use at any time, TDC reserves the right to cancel or terminate your Passport. The Tour De Cafe card (the Passport) entitles each cardholder to one sample coffee (up to a $3.00 value) at each of the participating coffee shops in Chicago. The Passport may not be exchanged for cash nor is it applicable to a credit card account. It is not valid for non-coffee beverages, food or for any other purpose. The Passport may NOT be used more than one time at each coffee shop. The Passport must be presented to the cashier upon ordering. The Passport is valid from March 1, 2011 to March 1, 2012.

COFFEE SHOPS TDC makes no representations, warranties or conditions, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the coffee shops, the drinks or service supplied or any other applicable service you obtain via the Passport. TCD has no control over any of the coffee shops or the drinks provided and makes no endorsement or representation of any kind regarding the products and services offered by participating coffee shops. Nor is TDC liable in any way for any coffee shop that does not honour the Passport because it is sold, ceases to carry on business, becomes bankrupt or insolvent or for any other reason. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against TCD with respect to any coffee shop, product or service supplied.

COMMUNICATIONS All comments, feedback, information, or materials that you submit through or in association with the website shall be considered non-confidential. By transmitting or posting any communications or materials to this site, you agree that TDC may use your communications or materials for any purpose, including reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. We are free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how contained in such communications or materials for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to developing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing products using such information, without the obligation to notify, identify or compensate you or anyone else.

AGREEMENT If any provision of these terms of use shall be void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and TDC.
